NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF COLFAX COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colfax County Board of Commissioners will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in the Commissioners Room of the Colfax County Courthouse in Schuyler, Nebraska. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Colfax County Courthouse, Schuyler, Nebraska
Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
Special accommodation, including interpreter services, Braille, and large print or recorded materials can be provided by contacting the County Clerk’s office at (402) 352-8504 no later than 3:00 p.m. the Friday before the scheduled meeting.

The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Colfax County Courthouse, Schuyler, Nebraska

Notice of Public Hearing Colfax County Commissioners
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Public Hearing of the Colfax County Commissioners will be held during their regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 25th, beginning @ 10:00 a.m. in the Colfax County Courthouse Commissioners Room, located at 411 East 11th Street in Schuyler, Nebraska for the purpose of hearing testimony of support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations for:
A Public Hearing for:
- Resolution to add Article 8 Section 8.22 Commercial Composting Areas or Facilities Regulations.
- Resolution to amend Article 8 Section 8.07 Small Wind Energy Systems and Section 8.08 Commercial/Utility Grade Wind Energy Systems.
An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the County Clerk. Questions or comments concerning the public meeting and hearings may be directed to the Colfax County Clerk’s Office at (402)352-8504. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/ or may file written comments with the Colfax County Commissioners concerning the petition and such comments shall be considered by the Commissioners, provided such written comments are received by the County Clerk prior to the public hearing date.
