NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF COLFAX COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colfax County Board of Commissioners will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in the Commissioners Room of the Colfax County Courthouse in Schuyler, Nebraska. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Colfax County Courthouse, Schuyler, Nebraska
Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
Special accommodations, including interpreter services, Braille, large print or recorded materials can be provided by contacting the County Clerk’s office at (402) 352-8504 no later than 3:00 p.m. the Friday before the scheduled meeting.

The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Colfax County Courthouse, Schuyler, Nebraska

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF COLFAX COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
The Colfax County Board of Commissioners will be meeting as a County Board of Equalization in the Board Room of the Courthouse, 411 E 11th St, Schuyler, Nebraska for the purpose of hearing protests of real property values beginning June 1, 2024, and ending July 25, 2024. Each owner of property filing a protest of value will receive notice of date and time of hearing. An agenda of dates and times is available in the County’ Clerk’s office.

When requesting an interpreter or services for the hearing impaired, please provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice to allow time for making the accommodations.
