NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Public Hearing at the Colfax County Planning Commission to be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 beginning @ 7:00 p.m. in the Colfax County Courthouse Community Room, located at 411 East 11th Street in Schuyler, Nebraska.

A Public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit application for a Verizon Wireless Tower. 1232 Road V, Clarkson, NE. Parcel owned by Bart Asset Protection Trust.

An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Colfax County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours.

Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. We reserve the right to have a closed executive session.
