Continuation of Sales Tax Issue/Continuation of Schuyler Economic Development Plan

Special Election July 14, 2026

A Special Election is being conducted by the Colfax County Clerk for the City of Schuyler. This is an election by mail; therefore, no polling places will be open for voting. The official date of the election is Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The last day to register to vote to be eligible to vote in this Special Election is Monday, July 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

All registered voters residing in the City of Schuyler will receive their ballot by mail at their address as it appears on the voter registration register. Ballots will be mailed by the Colfax County Clerk on June 22, 2026.

All ballots must be returned to the County Clerk’s Office by the date of the Election at 5:00 p.m. to be counted.
