NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF COLFAX COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

      The Colfax County Board of Commissioners will be meeting as a County Board of Equalization in the Board Room of the Courthouse, 411 E 11^th St, Schuyler, Nebraska for the purpose of hearing protests of real property values beginning June 1, 2026, and ending July 24, 2026.  Each owner of property filing a protest of value will receive notice of date and time of hearing.  An agenda of dates and times is available in the County’ Clerk’s office.

           Special accommodation, including interpreter services, Braille, and large print or recorded materials can be provided by contacting the County Clerk’s office at (402) 352-8504.  When requesting an interpreter or services for the hearing impaired, please provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice to allow time for making the accommodations.
