NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Public Hearing at the Colfax County Planning Commission to be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 beginning @ 7:00 p.m. in the Colfax County Courthouse Community Room, located at 411 East 11th Street in Schuyler, Nebraska.
- A Public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit application for a Verizon Wireless Tower.
- Road V and Road 12 about 1/8-mile East. Parcel owned by Bart Asset Protection Trust.
- A Public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for a New and Used Furniture and Goods Store.
- 595 Road 3 owned by Bill Petersen. (old Richland School).
- A Public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for an RV Park.
- 684 Road 16 owned by Kevin Lee.
- A Public Hearing for a Resolution to Amend Article 8 Section 8.22.03 Commercial Composting Areas or Facilities.
An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Colfax County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. We reserve the right to have a closed executive session.
