NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, there will be a Public Hearing at the Colfax County Planning Commission to be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 beginning @ 7:00 p.m. in the Colfax County Courthouse Community Room, located at 411 East 11th Street in Schuyler, Nebraska.

A public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit application for a Commercial Composting Facility, located on Road 7 North of Road F.

An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Colfax County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours.

Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. We reserve the right to have a closed executive session.

Special accommodations, including interpreter services, Braille, large print or recorded materials can be provided by contacting the Zoning Administrator’s office at (402) 352-8505 no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled meeting.
