COLFAX COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, there will be a Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Planning Commission to be held on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 and Tuesday, September 22, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Colfax County Courthouse Community Room, located at 411 East 11th Street in Schuyler, Nebraska.

Discussions on the Comprehensive Plan Update.

An agenda for each meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Colfax County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. We reserve the right to have a closed executive session. Special accommodations, including interpreter services, Braille, large print or recorded materials can be provided by contacting the Zoning Administrator’s office at (402) 352-8505 no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled meeting.
